I'm a retired Army Veteran that honorably served my country. I am educated (graduate degree), fit and I'm a Christian. I do not have any children and I own my own home and car.

I desire a man who is looking for a serious relationship--marriage in particular. I exercise regularly and would like someone who has my similar interests in keeping himself fit and who also has a relationship with God.

I date with a purpose; therefore, if you're not serious, please pass me by. Please understand that I'm NOT here looking for a "hook-up" or "one-night stand." I 'm a giver in ALL of my relationships; but the MOST important relationship that I have is with GOD. I will NOT violate who He has called me to be just to be with ANY man. I enjoy watching sports (football--college and professional);and I also enjoy bowling, traveling and going to the park to enjoy nature. I'm also pretty athletic...and I still like playing basketball. I played softball while I was in the Army. I don't live far from downtown Houston...and there's plenty to do there!

I am a person who believes in consistency. I am big on time and communication. It's important to me that a man has a REAL relationship with GOD. I desire someone who dates with intentionality. I want us to get to know each other; therefore, that requires communication via phone and/or "eyeball to eyeball." Texting has its place; however, we're not teenagers...and again, texting has its place.

Onto my next point: I have self-respect; so if his motives are not "pure", I have no problem with showing him the door. Nobody's perfect, but we should all strive to be better. I also want a man who cares about himself to keep himself in shape and cares about his health. Finally, I love to laugh...so, I definitely want a man with a sense of humor and enjoys laughing like I do!
