I am an honest and sincere man who is easy going, open minded, a good listener with a great sense of humor. I enjoy the company of others and companionship, but am also comfortable in my alone time. I accept people for who they are and do not expect to change them because that would take away all of the fun!

I enjoy living and I am grateful for every day. I enjoy socializing and the company of others. Conversations and fun times with people, as well as good laughs, are great. I also enjoy times alone to listen to music, read, meditate, or watch old classic films, especially Film Noir on TCM. I'm not a sports fanatic with the TV but I do enjoy watching MLB baseball games.

For exercise I enjoy swimming my laps in the pool,which is good aerobic and cardio and good for the head too!. I enjoy spending time outdoors with nature especially near the water. It has a calming effect and provides a bit of serenity. I no longer work in my career occupation and enjoy having the freedom to be spontaneous to vary and enjoy my day. Today my days and evenings are fairly flexible, which I enjoy!
