Hi! I’m Sharan, I’m passionate about health and wellness and I work as a psychotherapist specializing in trauma and addiction. When I’m not working, I love to move my body: walking along the beach, jogging, yoga, Pilates, weight training. I am a huge foodie and I love to explore new cuisines and restaurants. I also love live music! I recharge best in nature, I’m a huge fan of camping and exploring national parks.
