Healthy eating, exercise and kindness go a long way. Does wine • count as healthy eating? Well, I try to cook often and exercise regularly. I keep active with Zumba, Peloton and walks in the Metroparks.? I do enjoy wine tastings, travel, beaches, binge worthy tv shows and I'm learning Spanish.

Just to be transparent, I'm not a doctor, I'm a teacher. I have a good friend who is a rheumatologist and l like hearing about her journey in the medical field and meeting doctors. I’m a divorced mom and my two kids live with me every other week. I’m looking to date, have new experiences and make some connections that might lead to something long term.
