I'm a healthy 56 year old gentleman who takes good care of himself due to my strong interest in health, nutrition and fitness, I enjoy sports of many sorts such as tennis, golf, bowling and fishing, I'm also a outdoors type of person who enjoys traveling especially to a beautiful beach or the mountains. I'm very gentle, passionate, romantic type, I enjoy spoiling the one I love. I also eat healthy so I do love to cook dinner for that special someone as well as cooking together, which I feel can be very romantic and fun. I have a great sense of humor and love to make that special someone I'm with laugh and smile. I'm also very laid back and easy going with no drama here and like to keep it that way, I'm very easy to talk to and believe good positive conversation is important, I'm also a very trustworthy person and believe in total 100% commitment to the one I love is very important to me. I also am very goal oriented due to my strong interest achieving every goal I set before me, I may not have an college degree, although I have lots of common sense and have achieved many things in life such as being an author of a 3 book series in health and nutrition.
